Brother Al is only looking for new funding opportunities. Next we can have Cap and Trade for Methane, Black Carbon, Livestock, Breathing, etc.. Of course we need Cap and Trade for walking because when we walk through forests we disturb the ground and release CO2. That brings up the need for Cap and trade on gardening as each shovel full of dirt releases harmful elements into the atmosphere so we will all be required to wear GHG monitors so the government will know how much we are to be taxed each year or maybe we could buy credits from the credit exchange run by Brother Al' cohorts.

amen.  all this hippie talk about ghg, agw, and other green nonsense is just a way for gov'ts to tax every hard working person out there.  What scares me the most is talking 'gas emissions' isn't black and white, they can almost charge whatever they want for a tonne of methane that has been emitted.
